42 İstanbul Freelance Club
The project
The 42 İstanbul Freelance Club (42freelance) connects 42 İstanbul students with real projects. Kaan Demir is one of its three co-founders.
In March 2026 the club and LÖSEV organized the Iftar & Vibe Coding night: 85 developers at iftar, about 40 coding until morning, and 13 projects and MVPs for LÖSEV's volunteer programs.
Kaan built the club's website, 42freelance.com, and its membership and learning platform, intra.42freelance.com, written in Next.js.
The club's other co-founders are Yakup Gündüz and Ömer Faruk Sancak.
