I'm Kaan Demir, Oğuz Kaan Demir in full, a software developer based in Istanbul. I work at Walther Kranz, study at 42 İstanbul and founded the AI video studio Inscribi. I build AI agents, the workflows they run and the web infrastructure that carries them.

AI agents can now do real work: scan the news, sort documents, draft reports and decks, change code. I connect these agents to the tools a company already uses and put rules, tests, approval points and logs around every step. The pipeline I built for a PR agency combines AI triage with rule-based filters and regression tests to turn brand news into reports. For the same agency I wrote a Claude Code skill that, given a client name, runs five research agents in parallel and assembles a sourced PR strategy deck.

  1. I start from the person. Who will use this, and what do they need to get done?

  2. I keep it simple. The smallest thing that solves the real problem wins.

  3. You stay in control. I log every agent step and put critical steps behind your approval.

  4. I prove it works. Tests before I call anything done, and backups I have actually restored from.

Inscribi: an AI production line for video

Inscribi is my AI video studio. Underneath it is a graph engine I built: every step from script to voice to picture to final cut is a node that is type-checked and cached, so a change only re-renders what it touches. Our first program was a full school year of videos: 20 deliveries, zero shoot days. Separately, at Monad Blitz Istanbul my team built Inscribi Director, a live AI video the audience steered with their votes, and placed third.

Results and awards

3rd place

Inscribi Director: a live AI video the audience steered by voting on Monad. I built the smart contract, the payment and refund flow, and the bridge that hands the winning vote to the video model.

I built a platform that collects news, matches it to brands, runs Turkish sentiment analysis and turns the results into reports. It is backed by automated tests.

20 videos for the national days and observance weeks of a school year, produced on the Inscribi line. The engine behind them has more than 200 automated tests.
